Erica and Phil have become our dear friends through the wedding process. We have met multiple times, had many phone conversations, and enjoyed Aab Indian food a couple of times in between. Erica was a stunningly beautiful bride as she wore her modern Avery dress layered with beautiful taffeta. State of Face, a local wedding makeup team did an exceptional job highlighting Erica’s beautiful eyes.
Erica‘s bridesmaids were so supportive and helped her get ready and made her feel calm throughout the day.
The path of purple in her bridal bouquets was a perfect bit of color, especially against her dress.
I loved the family photo location on the bridge overlooking the Columbus city skyline. Erica and Phil’s theme for the wedding was this city skyline which we were able to highlight many times throughout the day as the Ivory Room overlooks the city of Columbus.
About the Ivory Room
The Ivory Room wedding venue located on the top floor of the Miranova building is a stunning wedding venue. The views of downtown Columbus and the elegance of the venue makes this a unique experience for all.

Getting Ready at Leveque Tower
Many believe that Batman lives at the top of this Columbus landmark skyscraper that is nestled in one of the best locations of downtown. Overlooking the Scioto River and the Scioto Mile, Leveque Tower is a perfect getting ready spot for weddings at the Ivory Room in Columbus.
The stunning rooms with character and charm are perfect for brides and her bridesmaids getting ready for the big day. The lavish bathrooms with designer taste are going to make you feel like royalty as you get ready.
The large spacious rooms are what Erica was looking for when she booked her bridal suite. The space was perfect for her friends and family as they got ready.
Bicentennial Park – Scioto Mile Wedding Photos
Columbus’ Bicentennial Park is one of the city’s largest outdoor spaces! This is a perfect park for couples looking for an epic city skyline in their wedding photos. Located next to the Ivory Room, this park is super convenient for Weddings – Ivory Room Columbus.

Erica and Phil’s COVID ceremony
The unimaginable happened. The call. The notice. No wedding.
For some, when you are put on the line, it is time to germinate ideas and make it work. Erica and Phil wanted to keep their date of April 11, 2020. It was their date. They started thinking what this would look like. A ceremony during Covid-19 with no venue, no florist, no cake or caterer, and without their guests. This was the most devastating part. To not be surrounded by everyone that they loved so much.
