About Severance Hall
Severance Hall has been the home of The Cleveland Orchestra since 1931. To say the least, Severance Hall is over-the-top elegant and romantic for your special wedding day. This venue offers four separate event spaces for you to choose from.
The main concert hall is their largest space that holds up to 2,000 guests. This is ideal for very large gatherings. The other hall is the Reinberger Chamber hall which is a smaller and more intimate hall. This space offers room for 400 guests.
The Bogomolny-Kozerefski Grand Foyer is more ideal for weddings and receptions. This space is a transition from the main entrance to the main concert hall. It features tons of bronze and brass decorations and is lined with red jasper marble columns. This space holds up to 250 guests. This venue also includes other various small rooms for up to 100 guests and more intimate ceremonies.
The exquisite architecture of the building is like no other. The ceiling is covered in a silver lotus flower pattern that was inspired from the wedding of Elisabeth Severance, whose husband, John, built the hall in her honor.
Not only is this space one of the most beautiful event spaces in Cleveland, it also serves rich history that will add to the greatness of your wedding day!
